After I paid, one of the files wouldn’t open and kept giving me an error. I messaged support and they did get back to me later that day, so I’ll give them credit for not ignoring it.
They eventually fixed the download, but it took more back and forth than it should have, and I had to explain the same issue twice. i kind of expected at least a quick apology for the hassle. It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t very smooth either, so 3 stars feels about right...

I was ready to check out, but the payment page just didn’t feel very secure to me. It looked kind of unfinished, like compared to other sites I’ve used where... I don’t know, I just didn’t feel comfortable putting in my card info.

I did receive some updates, so that part was helpful. That said, they didn’t always come through as quickly as I expected, and there were times I had to wait longer than I would’ve liked. Overall, it was okay, but the timing could definitely be more consistent

So, yeah, it did take a little while, to be honest, but the refund eventually came through just fine. I was kind of waiting and checking, but in the end, it all worked out.

I always check refund policies before buying anything online because I’ve had a few annoying experiences in the past. This one was actually easy to find and simple to understand, which was a relief. I didn’t even have to contact support, that was nice for once.

The description was mostly right, no question. Some of the details matched perfectly, like absolutely spot-on, but a few things were definitely not quite what I expected. Overall, it was close enough, but not 100% accurate.

The practice tests loaded up without any issues and were easy to use. At first I was like, this is great, super straightforward. Then after a bit I started noticing a few questions felt repeated, which got a little annoying. Still useful overall though.

I paid and figured I’d be waiting around for a while, but nope!!! The files showed up really fast, and when I checked my email shortly after, they were already there!!!
There wasn’t any annoying back and forth or confusing steps either!!! Payment went through, everything was simple, and the delivery was smooth!!!
Speed was the main thing I cared about, and they definitely came through on that!!! Super happy with how it went!!!

Using the site was fine, I guess, but some of the pages felt like a total clutter-fest. I did eventually find what I needed, but only after poking around longer than I wanted to. The search feature is weak and could definitely use some work. Overall, it’s not terrible, just a average, slightly annoying little site

I didn’t find this helpful. The questions didn’t look or feel like the format I saw on my real exam, so for me it ended up being more frustrating than useful. I felt like I wasted my time and I personally wouldn’t use it again.

Maybe it works better for other people, and I’m not saying it’s terrible, but for what I paid, I really expected more. It just felt overpriced for what I actually got out of it. I know everyone’s experience is different, but for me personally, I wouldn’t buy it again.

The PDF was fine, but one of the other formats needed extra software to open (which I wasn’t expecting). Not a huge problem, just kind of annoying. I just wish everything was a bit easier to use across different devices.

I get that things can get busy, and I’m not expecting instant replies, but it feels fair to expect some kind of timely update when there’s a problem. The question bank was helpful overall, I think. It covered a good amount of the material, but there were a few topics I expected to see that didn’t really show up. Not sure if I just missed them or if they weren’t included, but it didn’t feel completely comprehensive.

I’m usually loyal to another brand, so I was a little hesitant to try this. But the discount showed up clearly upfront, and the coupon went through without any weird surprises. it made the switch feel easy.
